On Saturday, April 14 kids of all ages enjoyed a Cowboy Storytelling fundraiser at the Bear Creek Branch Library.

There were some real cowboys and some great storytellers, including our own Terrence McArthur! Kids visited the 4-H petting zoo, American Legion Post 621 and Twin Valley Restaurant's Chili Cookoff. The Rodeo Club held roping demos, a local whipartist performed a demo, Critter Creek showed some wild animal rescues from the area. There was also a plant sale by the Garden Club and the blood mobile was also available. Participants enjoyed great music by a group called "Three To Serve" and much more.
